The Publishing Sub Committee which meets every two month to oversee the work of the Publishing.

Current Board Members

Mr Mok Yeow Fay Rayman is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience working within the publishing sector, and has held several Finance Director positions in a number of different listed companies. He has a particular interest in improving management information to enable better publishing decisions, financial controls, acquisitions and divestments, systems implementations and staff mentoring.

Dr John Livingstone is analytical, technology savvy, with strategic mind set and a resourceful business builder. He excels in editing management, public relations, and business development with proven track records in exceeding goals from the ground up across China in the publishing, and with hands-on experience in AI-aided online education industry.

Mr Simon Cheung has been engaged in science and technology publishing for more than 10 years, is familiar with the overall operation mode of a science and technology subject publishing house. He participated in and led the establishment of more than 70 Chinese and English journals, and has rich experience in the establishment and operation of academic journals and popular science journals.
